Jeff Tudhope is a human resources and employee relations professional with extensive experience dealing with all aspects of workplace conduct, performance evaluation/management, organizational design, policy development, and other matters which comprise the daily activities of human resources personnel.  

Jeff is a graduate of a School of Labour Studies at McMaster University and the Master of Industrial Relations (MIR) program at Queen's University, and is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Institute of Ontario and the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).

Jeff has proven to be an effective trainer, investigator, and personnel management resource, achieving successful outcomes with employers in a broad range of professions including emergency services, health care, outside works, and professional services.
